Pancakes are easiest to cook and will give you feeling of fuller for long time. This pancakes taste yummy just add with sour cream or curd or spicy chilli sauce or with sweet tango tomato sauce.

- 500 gm potato boiled (peel and remove upper skin)
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 cup chopped corrinder leaf
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaf
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Rice flour or corn flour
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 cup Oil for cooking
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 small Tomatos for decoration

- Heat the pan at low temperature
1. Take two bowl .One big and one small size.
2. Boil The potato in water and peel it.
Now keep it in big bowl and mash it properly.( can add some chopped corinder,parshley and grated zucchini then mashed it as per your taste.
3. Take another bowl and add Egg,black pepper,suagr,soy sauce and Salt to it and whip at least for 2-3 min.
4. Now Take mashed potato bowl and mix all ingredients in one ( Flour + little salt+ Chili flakes+ garlic powder +grated cheese).
5. Now add Ready liquid egg Ingredient to this slowly. Now add rice powder and to this And make a dough.
Divide this dough into small balls then press it with hand and make it flat.
6. Now take a Pan. Spread oil over the pan. Put the ready flatten balls on it.
7.Now Create a pancakes. Cook it for 2 min at lower frame. Then turn with spatula to cook from both the sides.
Decorate wit small backed tomato or normal fresh tomato and serve with sour crème or sauce.
