Vegan cookies! This time I decided to post Vegan cookies recipes. These days vegan recipes are in the trend and are most famous among those who are allergic to dairy products. But in my view, anyone can eat vegan cookies because they taste so yummy.

Today I am going to post the Recipe of an expert baker, Megan – Baking Scientist. She is California based baking expert. So let’s start with her, yummy recipe.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF/180ºC. Prepare a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed with coconut oil.
Recipe Notes

1. Combine ground flax and water. Let sit for 10 minutes. In a large bowl blend together melted coconut oil, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla, using a hand mixer or whisk, for 2 minutes until creamy smooth.
2. Add into wet ingredients: wet flax seed, almond flour, protein powder, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt. Fold together until blended. Mix in chocolate chips.
3. Scoop dough into 14 cookie dough balls. Place onto prepared baking sheet spaced ½-inch (1,5 cm) apart and sprinkle tops with large crystal salt. Bake 12 minutes. Let cool completely before handling.
Now cookies are ready for eating.
