Pancakes as a dessert are always welcomed by all ages. But to make it more delicious I planned to cook Trimasu Pancakes. One of the most loved desserts in Italy. Yes, It’s a pancake in the form of dessert.

A beautiful combination of Flour, cocoa and Crème with ice crème.

Instructions
  1. Use pan for Making pancakes.
Recipe Notes

1.Take three bowl. One big and two small.
2. In big bowl combine the both the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, instant coffee and sugar in a bowl. Whisk to combine until smooth.
3.Take a small bowl. Put Egg white and whisk it to until fluffy. Now in another small bowl put the egg yolk and whisk until fluffy .
4. Now mix both the egg white and egg yolk into one and whisk for 2 min.
5. Now mix butter or oil milk, vanilla extracts and lemon juice to the egg mixture and mix well.
6.Now Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.
7.Now take a Pan. Spread oil over the pan. Put the ready mixture on it with round spoon and spread properly in round shape.
8. Cook it with 2 min and now flip with spatula so will cook in both the sides.
9. Create all the pancakes and keep in a plate.

Decoration
Take A bowl. Pour crème into it.
Add Powdered sugar. Honey, Instant Coffee, Vanilla extract and beat this mixture until smooth.

Take a plate put two pancakes on this now put the crème on it and sprinkle cocoa on it with tea strainer. Serve with ice crème.
