Pumpkin Pancakes

  1. Heat the pan at low temperature
Recipe Notes

1. Take two bowl .One big and one small size.

2. Cut the small pieces of pumpkin Boil The pumpkin in water..

Now keep it in big bowl and mash it properly.( can add some salt and 1/4 teaspoon oil then mashed it.

Take another bowl and add Egg, whip at least for 2-3 min Now add mashed pumpkin to it. Add little milk or water to it.

4. Mix all ingredients in one ( Flour + little salt+ Cinnamon +nutmeg+ sugar+ all spice+ oat flour).

5.Now Take mashed pumpkin and egg mix bowl. Add Ready liquid egg and pumpkin mixture to dry ingredient slowly ,make little thick batter with small lumps.

6. Now take a Pan. Spread oil over the pan. Put the ready flatten balls on it.
7.Now Create a pancakes. Cook it for 2 min at lower frame. Then turn with spatula to cook from both the sides.
Keep these ready pancakes in a plate.


Serve with sour crème.Hope you will like this recipe.
