Pumpkin pancakes -A healthy Pancakes !
Pumpkin is well known vegetable and famous among those who love to eat healthy and nutrition food. Once you add this with flour and spices create a magical yummy recipe. Pumpkin pumpkin are loved by all. Its taste are so good no one cannot resist.
This pancakes are easiest to cook and will give you feeling of fuller for long time. This pancakes taste yummy just add with sour cream.

- 2 cups whole wheat
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/8 teaspoons grated nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons allspice Powder
- 3 tablespoon Brown sugar or normal as per choice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt or sea salt as per taste
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoon Butter or any oil for making pancakes
- 1/2 Cup water or milk or almond milk

- Heat the pan at low temperature
1. Take two bowl .One big and one small size.
2. Cut the small pieces of pumpkin Boil The pumpkin in water..
Now keep it in big bowl and mash it properly.( can add some salt and 1/4 teaspoon oil then mashed it.
Take another bowl and add Egg, whip at least for 2-3 min Now add mashed pumpkin to it. Add little milk or water to it.
4. Mix all ingredients in one ( Flour + little salt+ Cinnamon +nutmeg+ sugar+ all spice+ oat flour).
5.Now Take mashed pumpkin and egg mix bowl. Add Ready liquid egg and pumpkin mixture to dry ingredient slowly ,make little thick batter with small lumps.
6. Now take a Pan. Spread oil over the pan. Put the ready flatten balls on it.
7.Now Create a pancakes. Cook it for 2 min at lower frame. Then turn with spatula to cook from both the sides.
Keep these ready pancakes in a plate.
Serve with sour crème.Hope you will like this recipe.
