- 3 cups Wheat flour
- 1 cups oat flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cups Sugar or brown Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 2 Cup Milk
- 60 gm Butter or any oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla (essence) extract
- 2 big Egg
- 2 cup Peanut

1.Take two bowl .One big and one small size.
2 Take A bowl and mix all dry ingredients in one ( Flour + baking powder+ Baking Soda+ salt+ sugar)
3.Take another bowl and Put milk into it .Add one spoon peanut butter and leave it for 2-3 min.
4. Milk heat at medium flame for 2 min to this(you can use water also or vegan milk) and mix it properly. Now add egg to this mixture and mix it for 3 min.
5. Add Ready Dry Ingredient to these slowly wet ingredients. Make a thick batter. this aside.
6.Now lets make peanut butter. Take a peeled peanut and roast in heated pan.Do it 3-4 min at low heat.
7.Now remove upper layer of peanut and crushed this peanut into grinder. Also add little olive oil to smooth it and keep in bottle.
8. Now take a Pan. Put some oil or butter then add he ready mixture on it with round spoon and spread properly in round shape.
9. Cook it for 2 min at lower frame again turn with spatula to cook from both the sides.
Keep these ready pancakes in a plate.
Decoration
10. Take a teaspoon of peanut butter and spread into this pancakes. Now decorate with some peanuts..
Now Pancake is ready to Eat. Serve this on Sunday breakfast.
