Pancakes are easiest to cook and will give you feeling of fuller for long time. This matcha pancakes taste yummy just add with honey or jam or with fresh fruits.

- 2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 tea spoon Sea salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar or brown Sugar i prefer brown sugar you can also use stevia
- 2 tablespoon matcha green tea powder

- heat pan on gas or stove.
1. Take two bowl .One big and one small size.
2. Take A bowl and mix all dry ingredients in one ( Flour + baking powder+ Baking Soda+Matcha Powder)
3. Take another bowl and add Egg and Sugar to it and whip at least for 2-3 min.
4. Add some liquid to this as per your choice (water or milk).
5. Now add Ready Dry Ingredient to this slowly. And make a thick batter.
( Rest the batter for 10 min. it allows the baking soda or baking powder to activate, which is the main component for making the pancakes fluffy. This is most important step
6. Now take a Pan. Spread oil over the pan. Put the ready mixture on it with round spoon and spread properly in a round shape.
7.Now Create a pancakes. Cook it for 2 min at lower frame. if the middle and center of the top of the pancake has a some amount of bubbles.
Then turn with spatula to cook from both the sides.
Keep these ready pancakes in a plate

8.Take a small size Flower and strawberry jam (you can use any jam I love strawberry )
9.Take plate of pancakes sprinkle some flower and take a spoon and spread jam on it.
Now Pancake is ready to Eat. Serve this on Friday breakfast.
