Prepare the Pancake Batter:
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, Brown sugar sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter or oil. Stir this mixture until the mixture dissolves.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, mixing until you have a smooth batter. Make little thin batter.
Leave this batter for 10 min.
Cooking the Pancakes:
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Grease it lightly with butter or cooking spray.
Pour a ladleful of pancake batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter, making a stack of pancakes.
Decoration – Assembling the Frappé Pancakes:
Stack the pancakes on a serving plate.
Fill the pancakes with whipped creme and nuts(as per your choice).
Top the pancakes with a generous chocolate(melted).
Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the this.
Serving:
Drizzle the pancakes with maple syrup or honey just before serving if you want or just server with chocolate syrup.
